Lorcán Ó hÓbáin
Dr. Lorcán Ó hÓbáin is Senior Programme Manager with ManagementWorks. Lorcán is responsible for the management of the programme and for the development of programmes to meet the needs of small and medium sized business owners and managers.
Lorcan has extensive experience of working in and with SME businesses for over 25 years. This includes managing businesses in the printing industry, being a self-employed consultant assisting businesses improve performance and with management team development and managing a training network. Lorcan has research interests related to SME learning as a driver of improved business performance.
Brian Colleran is Programme Development Manager with ManagementWorks. Brian is responsible for rolling out the schedule of management and business development programmes throughout the country, ensuring that SME business owners and managers have an opportunity to access our high impact programmes.
Brian has a substantial track record working in, managing and leading SMEs businesses. His indepth understanding of the challenges faced today by owners and managers of SMEs draws directly from his 20 years experience as a Manager, Self employed business owner and Group General Manager combined with his years as a senior business consultant and coach working with SMEs to develop and the implement winning business strategies.
Enda Hogan is a Programme Support Manager with Skillnets. Enda's primary role within the ManagementWorks team is around marketing and promotion in order to build awareness of the ManagementWorks suite of programmes. He is the editor of the monthly newsletter - Management Matters!
Enda has twenty years of management experience and has worked extensively with SMEs, training networks and membership organisations in Ireland to improve business performance through investment in training and professional development.
Danielle Devlin is the Programme Co-ordinator for ManagementWorks. She joined the team two years ago from the Financial Services sector where she worked for the previous seven years. Danielle has a degree in Management and is currently studying for a Masters in Management in the Not-for-Profit Sector.
