The session will introduce the ManagementWorks Lean Business Programme. You will hear from ETAC Solutions about the concept of Lean business thinking and principles. ETAC Solutions will be delivering the Dublin based Business Lean Programme commencing on May 13th. This is a project based programme combining workshops and in-company mentoring support. 

The aim of the briefing is to:

a)  simplify the range of process improvement methodologies available

b)  discuss the relevance of the various approaches for different business sectors

c)  outline the various support programmes currently available through Enterprise Ireland, Skillnets and ManagementWorks.

 

There will be time allocated for a question and answer session and networking.
