Free Workshop - Growing Your Business: Kilkenny

ManagementWorks is hosting a FREE workshop in Kilkenny on the topic of "Growing Your Business" The workshop is open to all business owners and managers in the region. It will be delivered by The Discovery Partnership and will focus on the key drivers of growth and profitability in small businesses.

It’s an opportunity for you as a manager to take a step back from your business for a few hours and to think about the actions you need to take to generate sales, improve cashflow and increase profits. You will gain an understanding of the key drivers of growth and how to influence them.

The workshop also serves as an introduction or preview session for the ManagementWorks Business Growth Programme. This Skillnets-funded programme has been delivering significant improvements in business outcomes for hundreds of Irish business owners since its launch in 2012. It is a highly practical six-month programme that combines group workshops with one-to-one coaching to help you to grow your business. We are currently accepting applicants for a Business Growth Programme commencing in Kilkenny in April 2015 and it will be delivered by The Discovery Partnership. The free workshop will give you a taste of the programme and a chance to meet the trainers and coaches, ask lots of questions, and take away some useful business insights.
