During this full-day workshop you will create a 90 Day Plan focused on helping you to drive your business forward and achieve your business objectives.

At the beginning of every quarter, you should have clarity about your goals and you should be working to a 90 day plan.  We all know this but somehow there is never the time to create or update your plan. We can help. ManagementWorks together with our workshop provider, Business Coaching Ireland, want you to start the next Quarter focused, in control and with a winning game plan for the next ninety days.
